2. About this website
This site is operated by Ryan Miller, a licensed Michigan insurance agent affiliated with Michigan Farm Bureau Insurance. Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Ryan Miller in his capacity as that agent.
Michigan Farm Bureau Insurance and its underwriting companies are separate legal entities. Their own terms, disclosures, and policy documents govern any insurance products they issue.
3. The site is informational — not a binding offer of coverage
Information on this site is provided for general educational purposes. It is not:
- An offer to sell or bind insurance
- A guarantee that coverage will be issued
- A substitute for the specific terms of any policy you may purchase
- Legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice
Submitting a quote request, scheduling a consultation, or requesting a coverage review through this site begins a conversation. It does not create an agent–client relationship with respect to any specific risk, nor does it bind coverage of any kind. Coverage takes effect only when a policy is issued by the underwriting carrier and you have accepted its terms in writing.
4. Information you provide
You agree that any information you submit through this site is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Material misstatements or omissions may affect the availability of coverage or the validity of any policy that is issued. Information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The content on this site — text, photographs, illustrations, layout, and code — is owned by us or used with permission. You may view and share links to this content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or use this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
"RA Miller Agency" and the agency logo are used to identify our services. "Farm Bureau Insurance" and related marks are owned by Michigan Farm Bureau Insurance and its underwriting companies and are used here by license as their authorized agent.

10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be summarized at the top of the page for at least 30 days. Continued use of the site after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
